Sail Port Stephens 2026 once again delivered a strong month of racing, events and community activity, with d’Albora marinas playing a central role across the series.
Across Nelson Bay, Soldiers Point and The Anchorage marinas, more than 120 yachts competed throughout the program, supported by a consistent schedule of onshore activations and events. At d’Albora Nelson Bay Marina, the Regatta Village became a focal point of the event, bringing together live music, dining, tenant activations and daily presentations that kept the waterfront active from morning through to evening.
The marina precinct was transformed into a true event hub, welcoming competitors, visitors and the local community throughout the series. Opening events set the tone early, with strong attendance and a vibrant atmosphere that carried through the duration of the regatta.
d’Albora’s involvement extended beyond sponsorship, with the Nelson Bay team actively supporting the event across operations, logistics and daily race presentations. This hands-on involvement ensured a smooth experience for competitors and reinforced the marina’s role as a key destination for major marine events.
On the water, d’Albora Yacht Broker Adam Hickey competed in the final Super Series aboard the well-known yacht Drumfire, adding to the strong representation of the d’Albora network throughout the event.
d’Albora was also proud to support Little Nico throughout the series and during this sailing season further strengthening its presence across both racing and event activity.
Sail Port Stephens continues to highlight the importance of well-located, well-supported marina facilities in delivering successful large-scale events, while also showcasing the broader lifestyle offering across the network.
Looking ahead, 2027 will mark the 20th anniversary of Sail Port Stephens returning to Port Stephens. Planning is already underway, with expectations for a larger program, increased participation and an even stronger calendar of onshore activations.
