What benefits do members receive?
- Up to 30 reciprocal berthing nights annually across the entire d’Albora network. Dependent upon availability.
- 20c off per litre marked-down fuel pricing via Members Fuel Card, fuel wharves often available 24/7.
- d’Storage at select marinas, club lounges, docking assistance, concierge, and member & guest services assistance seven days a week 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Exclusive markdown boatyard rates for members at select locations.
What types of berthing and storage options are available?
- Wet berthing for boats of various sizes, including superyachts up to ~50 m at select marinas.
- *Premium dry stack storage at Akuna Bay, Pier 35, Pacific Point, Boatyard Martha Cove and East Coast Marina.
- *Floating air docks, swing mooring, and seasonal or long-term contracts
What Types of Contracts do you Offer?
- Short-term: Daily, weekly, or monthly — perfect for your temporary or seasonal storage needs, with out a long term commitment.
- Long-term: Monthly or annual (prepaid) plans for ongoing long-term storage and additional member benefits.

Do I have to setup a Direct Debit or Credit Card Authority for Automatic Payments?
Yes. As part of the d’Albora agreement all members must have a credit card authority or direct debit on file for automatic payments. You will always receive an invoice with a due date advising the date funds will be processed.
How do I use the d’Albora App?
Go to your app store or google play store and download the d’Albora App. Use your email to login and setup your 4 digit login code. Once logged in you will be able to:
- Book vessel launches
- View account status
- Make payments
- Update Payment Details
- View vessel, contract and person details
- View Loyalty Points and Program (Under Construction)
- And much more
How do I cancel my contract?
Should you wish to cancel your annual contract please note we require a minimum of 2 months’ notice in writing. Please send your notice to our Guest Services team at enquiry@dalbora.com.au and they will be able to assist you in the process.
Should you be looking to cancel a short term stay (shorter than 12 months), please contact Member & Guest Services at enquiry@dalbora.com.au and our team will be able to assist.

Will my annual contract automatically renew?
Yes. If you have not provided 2 months’ notice to not renew your contract prior to the renewal date on your contract, the contract will automatically renew under the same terms and conditions other than the license fee as it is subject to change upon renewal.
What are your prices and availability?
As pricing and marina availability vary from marina to marina, please contact our guest services team for up to date pricing and availability at any of our d’Albora locations.
What do I do if I want to sell my boat?
Looking to sell your vessel? d’Albora Yacht Brokers will be able to take care of your needs. Specialising in pre-owned boat sales and new vessel purchase consulting.

Can I Transfer my Contract?
No. Berth licenses are non-transferable. Only the registered licensee(s) may occupy the berth. Please also refer to our Terns and Conditions for more details.
Can I Upgrade or Change my Berth?
Upgrades or changes are subject to availability and must be arranged through Guest Services. Please note rates may vary by berth size and type.
Are Pets Allowed on the Marina?
d’Albora is a pet-friendly marina, and we warmly welcome pets on-site. All pets must remain on a leash, are supervised at all times, and that owners comply with all marina and local rules & regulations. *d’Albora Akuna Bay is located within Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and enforces a no pets rule.
