d’Albora Marinas is pleased to announce the appointment of Managing Director Julien Pouteau to the Superyacht Australia (SYA) Committee, further strengthening d’Albora’s involvement within the Australian marine and superyacht sectors.
With more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, marine operations and asset management, Julien has established a strong reputation for leading the growth and transformation of premium waterfront destinations. Over the past seven years with d’Albora, he has played a key role in expanding and strengthening the business into Australia’s leading premium marina network.
Today, d’Albora operates 17 marinas across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, delivering premium berthing, boatyard, boat sales and hospitality services. Supported by 10 boatyards and 1 shipyard, the network services recreational boating customers through to large-scale commercial and superyacht vessels.
Julien has led the integration and development of multiple marina acquisitions across Australia, with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence and long-term asset value creation. His appointment to the SYA Committee reflects both his leadership within the marine industry and d’Albora’s ongoing commitment to supporting the future growth of Australia’s marine sector.
Superyacht Australia represents businesses servicing the global superyacht industry and promotes Australia as a premier cruising destination for the international superyacht fleet. The organisation also advocates for the capability and expertise of the Australian marine industry on a global stage.
“Superyacht Australia plays an important role in advocating for and strengthening the Australian marine industry,” said Julien Pouteau. “I look forward to contributing to the committee and collaborating with industry leaders to continue supporting growth, innovation and long-term opportunities across the sector.”
The appointment further reinforces d’Albora’s commitment to investing in premium marina destinations, industry partnerships and the continued development of Australia’s marine infrastructure and boating lifestyle.
